Paul Reed has had over three decades of experience in Business and Coaching. Paul is a very successful entrepreneur and business owner plus a renowned and respected performance coach across Business, Sports Nutrition, Strength, Fitness and Health. 

Working now with some of the UK and Europe’s top professionals in combat Sports, he also works tirelessly to support youth and amateur athletes, Paul is arguably amongst some of the most respected practitioners across the UK in athlete weight making and performance development, the athletes and teams he works with certainly testify to that. 

Paul is a Certified Sports Nutritionist (CISSN) with the GPNi and ISSN and has been a driving force in helping evolve the sport of MMA in the United Kingdom. 

Paul has been responsible for changing behaviour’s in performance nutrition in hundreds of athletes and general population and is well known for working with Paddy “The Baddy” Pimblett for his fight preparation and safe weight-making, something that is always under great scrutiny whilst Paul quietly works away in the background ensuring Paddy has a great fight camp, sensibly reducing fat mass whilst fuelled to perform during camp and then to making weight safely through the final acute phase of the weight cut process. 

His list of athletes across Nutrition and S &C is extensive from high level professionals, to name a few,  Veronica Hardy, Molly McCann, Jack Shore, Dakota Ditcheva, Luke Riley, Liam Gittins. Matt and Dan Bonner, George Staines, Shoaib Yusuf, plus so many more and then a long list of amateur athletes and martial art clubs he coaches and is advisor to , not too mention the members and clients of The Athlete Factory. 

Paul’s approach has been always informative to the client and focused on doing the foundations incredibly well, energy balance, importance of carbohydrates and the use of periodisation , sustainable plans, phycology of accountability, evidence based approach and health over everything. 

Paul is a leader of various businesses in the Nutrition, Strength and Performance Space, all with the common goal of giving a great service to his clients and athletes but also very impressively he has a selfless approach to help young aspiring nutrition and strength coaches to flourish within this busy and sometimes difficult space with additional coaching practice support and business start up advice, an important add on to the GPNI uk course.  

He aligns himself and collaborates with some of the leading academics in the world of Sports Science and very importantly always maintain a positive outlook and a will for positive collaboration.
